The servers have a monthly maximum price. Your server invoice will never exceed its monthly maximum price. Please note: Even if you are not actively using your server (e.g., it is powered off), you will still be invoiced for it.

Yes, all servers that have completed their creation process will be billed until they are deleted, regardless of their state. This is because internally we allocate resources to servers regardless of whether they are powered on or off. Additionally, this allows for almost instant boot and startup times.

The servers maintain all data on a local RAID10 within the host system. This provides fault tolerance in case of hardware defects. They are optimized for high I/O performance and low latency, making them particularly suitable for applications that require fast access to disks with low latency, such as databases.

Each block of data is stored on three distinct physical servers, ensuring triple replication. This redundancy strategy enhances data durability and resilience, as multiple copies of the data are maintained across separate server instances.

In the event of hardware failures or issues with a particular server, the redundant copies ensure that data remains accessible and protected. This approach significantly reduces the risk of data loss and enhances the overall reliability of the storage infrastructure.

Yes, of course. Although we currently focus on Linux as the operating system, if you wish, you can install Windows on your own.

The necessary licenses will be your responsibility, and TierX hosting will not be involved in any of these aspects.
